Nostalgia Series #2

Combining digital scans of vintage LIFE, TIME, and Saturday Evening Post magazines with images pulled from advertising archives predicated an exercise that spawned this series. Each print resulted from individual dedicated sessions of making a collage centrally focused on a particular word or concept.

1. A process by which information is exchanged between individuals through a common system of symbols, signs, or behavior.
2. Personal rapport.
3. Information communicated, transmitted or conveyed.
4. A verbal or written message.
5. A system for transmitting or exchanging information, routes for moving troops, supplies and vehicles.
